OFFICE MANAGER

SALARY: £27,500 PER ANNUM
WEEKLY WORK HOUR: 37.5 HOUR
Job description:
As an Office Manager the candidate is required to co-ordinate or assists the
internal department in order to ensure smooth running of business. The
office manager is also expected to record minutes and capture key actions
for the team.
Entry requirements of this job:
Entry will usually require GCSEs/S grades but if possible with other
academic qualifications and/or relevant experience is also acceptable.
However previous experience of similar work is preferred.
Tasks required by this job include:

  •  Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and

efficient workplace.

  •  Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure

uninterrupted operations.

  •  Maintain office records and documentation, both physical and

electronic.

  •  Assist in managing financial transactions, such as processing money

transfers and handling cash deposits and withdrawals.

  •  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

1. To research and compiling reports and presentations
2. To co – ordinate with the team and ensure smooth running of
business.
3. To prepare and maintain staff files
4. To ensure that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and
endorsing various policies adhered to;
